In the first one or two sessions, he spoke quite a bit to run through important matters and to provide an understanding of how the sessions work. After that, the floor was mine the majority of the time.

Overall, it was just really nice to have someone to talk freely to about career path and linking it to things I’m passionate about from a short-term and long-term perspective. It helped me tremendously to let go of stress about my future.
